Centrelink requires it be notified of any change in income or circumstances within 14 days, otherwise you may have to pay back any incorrect amount you receive. If you or your partner have income or circumstances that fluctuate, we recommend that you also use our ongoing service, and we handle all correspondence and issues with Centrelink for you.
Pensions Made Easy know your time is precious and will save you the confusion and stress when trying to communicate with Centrelink.

The Centrelink application requires you to be truthful in the information provided in support of the claim. Pensions Made Easy cannot be held responsible and will not be liable for the repayment of any amounts received as a result of incorrect information given in the application process.
Also, it is a Centrelink requirement that they be notified of any changes in circumstance or income of you and your partner within 14 days, it is important that you tell us of any change within this period. If you want us to tell Centrelink. Centrelink make it clear it is your responsibility.
